- Modern, well-presented fleet – Our coaches are maintained and presented to a high professional standard, ensuring passengers travel in a clean, comfortable and safe environment.
- Comprehensive vehicle maintenance – Our fleet is regularly inspected, serviced and maintained through our dedicated, fully equipped workshop facilities, with preventative maintenance programmes designed to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.
- Passenger seat belts – Our coaches are fitted with passenger seat belts, providing an additional level of protection for all journeys.
- Advanced safety systems – Our vehicles are equipped with a range of modern safety technologies, including speed limiters, Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS), Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR) and Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), where fitted.
- Experienced operational team – Our management, operations and driving teams have extensive knowledge and experience of passenger transport throughout the UK and Europe, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of every journey.
- Health & Safety Management – Mainline Coaches operates a comprehensive Health & Safety Policy covering our operational activities, employees, passengers and working environments. Our policies and supporting documentation are available on request.
- Passenger Risk Management – We maintain a comprehensive Passenger Risk Assessment process, identifying and managing potential risks associated with passenger transport and individual journeys. Supporting documentation is available on request.
- Independent safety accreditation – Mainline Coaches is CHAS accredited, demonstrating our commitment to recognised standards of health, safety and compliance.
- Professional and responsible drivers – Our drivers are appropriately qualified and experienced, and are subject to the relevant DBS checks where required for the services they undertake. All drivers are professionally presented in company uniform and are expected to maintain the highest standards of customer care, conduct and safety.
- Industry membership – Mainline Coaches is a member of the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK (CPT), supporting our commitment to professional standards and best practice within the passenger transport industry.
- Regular vehicle inspections – Our vehicles are subject to regular safety inspections and maintenance in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practice, including the standards expected by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
